msn and hotmail problems

hi
i posted something simular the other day and that was i cannot get onto hotmail or msn messenger from my home computer. i can from another computer. my home computer just keeps on telling meto REFRESH the page but it dont work.

Do i have a virus on my home pc for hotmail.
please help

    1st couple of things I would suggest are, have you deleted your Temporary Internet files, clear history, and that kind of thing.

    Then I would check your security settings arent set to 'high' as this blocks some webmails.

    What connection are you on as well, I used to be on dialup and had loads of problems connecting just because of the sheer length of time it took to load up the page.. changed to broadband and its working fine.

    Sorry if I'm no direct help....

    Also, run a virus scan if you can, though I doubt it'll affect just 1 website
