I have just read on another site that they have tightened up expenditure and you may end up with a IPA from IPAQ with regards to ED if you hadnt previously got a IPA.
Anyone got wind of this

Thanks for that blind . i missed the bit about child benefit then i dont get it so not of much interest to me.
So if people avoid filling in ipaq then bankruptcy will just finish after 12 months and no fear of a IPA is my thinking correct0 -
I'm wondering where will that rulling leave me, as OH has already gone BR, and child benefit is in his name only. Only income I get is jobseekers allowance.
Confused lol.0 -
If you get a IPAQ for early discharge and dont fill it in can they still send you another ipaq to fill in though i know ed wont be included0

Lee - you should still be OK as your only income is benefits and with JSA you are only given what the gov deem is enough for the very basic of living expenses0

At least "officially" it should not get your AD suspended unless there are other areas of non-cooperation.Failure to return the Income and Expenditure questionnaire within the specified time will be considered non-cooperation for the purposes of applying the early discharge process. However, the official receiver should not make application to suspend the bankrupt's discharge unless there are additional matters of non- cooperation which justify it.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

umm seems therers a risk in filling it in by a possible ipa may be better to wait for 12months0
