Converting a PDF document to a Word document - Help

Can any one help me please
I'm trying to convert PDF documnets (mainly job applications)
into a word documnet, to make it easier to fill it in etc
I have tried severtal options all have failed

can any one help/explain how its done

A commercial product like Nuance OmniPage or similar will do this.

Calibre will change it to RTF or TXT if thats any help.

Google list of software

Acrobat Professional is your best bet, but even that can be flakey. Not used any of the alternatives myself, so try one and see if it works for you.

Works reasonably well for me.

Does get stuck on complicated files though.

None will ever work 100%, PDFs aren't meant to be converted to Word, some free converts make an OK job of simple layouts, commercial converters such as Nitro do a better job, but still complex layouts will always fail.

You should go back to the originating document, before it was creating into a PDF and copy, paste, export or recreate in Word.

You are using the wrong workflow. PDF should be a final stage.
