Hi,
Im having slight problems deciding what to do! i have a student account with natwest which has 1600 overdraft interest free limit, which i am fully into. im not a student no more and i am working full time for the nhs. i want to open a savings account and a current account and from my current account pay off the overdraft from my natwest account and close the student account down.
i need help on deciding which banks have a good interest rate etc etc...

What rate is your overdraft?
I don't quite understand why you are wanting a savings account to then pay off your OD?
Whats wrong with keeping the student account as a normal current account but just cancelling the overdraft when its paid off? Did you not like the bank?0 -
I know, why exactly do you want to get rid of a free overdraft?0
