villa with private pool within a complex?

does anyone know if this exists? We want to book a villa with our own private pool, but within a complex that has kids clubs etc. We are not too fussed where, as long as its warm/hot and safe for kids, prob spain but anywhere considered. Would be for next year...has anyone any knowledge of anywhere these kind of facilities exist? thankyou :j

Hi, yes there are quite a few of these type of resorts in crete and surrounding areas, but they tend to be in high end resorts, and would be the top of the range suites. Try the Elounda bay area, I have seen a few hotels there. I believe Aphrodite hills and Le Meridien Limmasol in cyprus also has this kind of accommodation. I know many others but they are in more coupley resorts without specific kids clubs.

Quite a few of these resorts don't have villas with private pools, most of them are rooms on resorts with kids clubs

How about somewhere like domaine de fayence in the south of France? Not sure about kids clubs but seems to have restaurants etc

hi there and thanks for the replies. Most of the James villas I looked at are with a shared pool in golf resorts, not really what we wanted. The cyprus resort isnt really us either, I think its more adult orientated! (we have 3 kids) What I wanted was, just like an all inclusive hotel resort, that has private villas with pools too - that can still use all the facilities...anyone have any ideas? thankyou x

You are best looking at the crete elounda bay resorts and le meridien limmasol which is VERY child freindly!

The Dominican is further away but "Lifestyle Vacation club" is EXACTLY what you are after. The villas all have private pools + the resort is "all inclusive"
Rates for a 3 bed villa are around $1200 per week (+ you would need to pay compulsory AI fees)
A search on ebay.com ( note its the USA site, sometimes have offers from "platinum members" that may drop the cost a bit

Orka mountain view villas in Hisaronu, Turkey which can be booked through Thomson are a complex of 16 private villas sharing a pool but you can also use the facilities of the Orka hotel 5 minutes walk away which has a kids club.
