Well i'm sick of thinking about pushchairs now and ex said his mother was looking at a car seat (0-4yr) costing £100  So i said i'd rather her buy a travel system and i'll get a bigger car seat when the time comes

After being super duper fussy about what i wanted, and then going to the next extreme and planning not to have one at all lol, i reckon this one will do the job - what do you reckon?

    http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3756090/c_1/1|category_root|Nursery|14417537/c_2/2|cat_14417537|Pushchairs%2C+prams+and+carriers|14417542/c_3/3|cat_14417542|Travel+systems|14417545.htm

And we'll get £20 giftcard back on it if i read the grabbit thread correct

Mmm i need to iron but i'm planning to see if i'm alive enough in the morning to iron what we need before we rush out of the door. Considering i've not slept properly for weeks and finding it hard to get out of bed at all - it's not such a good plan :D
  • Sometimes i operate better in a rush than when i have loads of time to do it. Can clean the flat top to bottom in 1hr if we are having visitors(aka my Mum) windows cleaned the lot lol but when i have the full weekend it takes me all my time to dust and switch the washing machine on lol

Lol ah that's so true. I will do 2 weeks worth of work if someone rings to say they're popping over in an hour

Got a stinking headache so i think i'd better start trying  to get to sleep, and i am going to do my best to have a nap tomorrow too! Fully intend on making the most of my free time while DS is at school, no baby and jobless  Crazy to think this time next year i'll be right back in the thick of it, although i think i'll aim for part time if i can lol.

Have a glass of water before you go. My mum always says that it helps, read it somewhere too most headaches are caused by dehydration.
    Have a good night.

I meant to say yesterday, look out for bargains at asda. Their baby event has finished now and they are selling stuff off cheap. Mine is not a big store so i only got some disney baby spoons 50p and a tommee tippee trainer beaker for 50p they did have a stair gate for £7.50 but i already have one from ds and a little tip with them. Place a piece of thin wood or thick cardboard between the wall and the gate, ours dug into the wall so much and took half the plaster off when we took the gate off. Hubby had some nice filling in to do.

Oh i did get some sleepsuits for £2 for a pack of 2 :T they were classed as tiny baby but i think clothes are much bigger as my ds was 7lb born and nothing i had got him in newborn fit, hubby had to go out and buy tiny baby and even prem baby clothes so he had something to wear in hospital and to come home in.
If this one is bigger i have only lost £2 and can sell them on. I would say they are newborn size not tiny baby.
    This is my signature!
