next step in reclaiming PPI

I sent the standard first letter to my bank, HSBC, they sent me a letter back saying they were looking in to it, they then sent me another letter, saying it was taking longer tan the required 8 weeks but they were still looking in to it and I should hear from them in the next 4 weeks. Is now been 4 weeks and ive not heard anything, what should my next step be?
