Delay in Sold House Price figure?

Hello Everyone.

I completed on buying my 1st floor flat on the 31st July and are just wondering that when I checked on sold house prices on the internet and entered the right address I cannot find the record of the sale.

Would it surely not have been updated on the land registry by now?

Ours took well over a year to show! From what I remember, the solicitor told us that they have 2 years to register the sale with the Land Registry. So I suppose if they take their time, it won't show up until the LR have been notified.
  • hi, where on the land registry site is the link to see the prices that houses have sold for? I can't find it ......

I thought the sale had to be registered with land registry within 30 days, not 2 years?

Have a look on http://www.nethouseprices.com/ and there are plenty of other free sites to see the house prices. I am not sure where you see it on land registry website, but all these websites use land of registry data.
