Hello Everyone.
I completed on buying my 1st floor flat on the 31st July and are just wondering that when I checked on sold house prices on the internet and entered the right address I cannot find the record of the sale.
Would it surely not have been updated on the land registry by now?

Ours took well over a year to show! From what I remember, the solicitor told us that they have 2 years to register the sale with the Land Registry. So I suppose if they take their time, it won't show up until the LR have been notified.0

hi, where on the land registry site is the link to see the prices that houses have sold for? I can't find it ......0

I thought the sale had to be registered with land registry within 30 days, not 2 years?
Have a look on http://www.nethouseprices.com/ and there are plenty of other free sites to see the house prices. I am not sure where you see it on land registry website, but all these websites use land of registry data.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
