    They are slow but they would definitel get back to you. Remember postals delays may also contribute

    Maybe its different as i didn't have to send them anything so i guess that would slow them down maybe?

    Still no post this afternoon.....5 days on awaiting my paperwork!!!
  • i got accepted for a loan a while back and got all the paperwork but when i phoned them they told me i had been rejected. So you really need to phone them.

    have done every day!!!
    they said sent monday 1st class post, i need to provide a bank statement and proof of address.

    when i have researced the companys reviews on google alot of people have been in the same situation as me, waiting days for post to arrive!

    I applied with Sainsburys loans on Tueday an had the paperwork on Thursday which I signed and sent off the same day. ( I didnt pay for the next day delivery either )

    Still no joy on my letter so rang to enquire AGAIN! to be told the postal strike in scotland meant my letters hadnt left the office!! sounded a bit dodgy, the gentleman then explained i could pay the £50for courier service to get documents to me quickly and then my application will be processed, i asked for this service a week ago to be told it was too late in my application....very frustrating, anyways im going to go for the courier service just need this decision now, got a feeling i will get declined !!
