Hi, I'm looking at remortgaging to get the best rate over the next two years and have seen the Britannia BS offer where you only pay the £99 arrangement fee.
On doing an online mortgage illustration it has 1st payment that includes "Broken Interest". Does anyone know what this is? I'm going to ring up when I get a free minute but thought the experts on here might know.
