Pooky-(there's no way of saying this without sounding like a poseur).......it's a Rolls Royce.
Albeit an old(1972) one.I made the mistake of admiring it when we were in 'Frisco for my birthday....and DH made a silly offer on it,which was (surprisingly) accepted.I don't really mind,as DH will probably be taking early retirement soon,so he'll need a project..and it'll be handy for kids school proms etc.....can't imagine going to Sainsburys in it though......

Bookie - The custmer service at your bank is unbelievable! How rude of them. JSA I can understand because we had the same sort of thing with them.

SRM - Love the idea of having your own prom car - they cost a fortune to hire, so could be an idea for the future!

morning everyone. today's plan is settle Evie for her morning nap then take her to halton library for story time and then may go to the breastfeeding clinic (last time) and then home, hand Evie over to Wayne and I'm off back to bed for an hour!

Yes, Tenmah,I've been thinking about a part time job....maybe I should become a chaffeur,do weddings,proms etc.....that reminds me...gotta get insurance quotes on it today..

Payday today, so i can pay some cash i owe to my parents and £300 to Churchwood, bringing debt down to £1,400, hopefully giving me a bit of breathing space! Slow day at work ahead, so i can imagine spending quite some time on here....

lovely day here and quite a busy one for me... i shouldn't be on here too much. I am going to pop in once an hour for a catch up...otherwise i have work to do and have had all week to do it. Boss is back this afternoon and will expect it to be done.... S'only a VAT return so shouldn't take too long...

in other news, i am seeing friends tonight, someone is having a candle party. i have no spare cash for candles so have said i will come but not buy anything... but i will book a party off the back of it and call it my housewarming.... albeit it won't be til probably November!! lol!

No other news.... still skint, still in some kinda nonrelationship with golferman (when i say nonrelationship, it's not necesarily a bad thing... just some wierd limbo but very nice, and liking it lots relationship), still incommunicado with Big G (he is ignoring me, not returning my messages and is always out when i go for erin) Today is maintainence day, so he will not get away with ignoring me today!! lol!
