Hi guys, just been speaking to ASDA finance people today and wanted to speak to the experts to get some honest truthful advice.
I took out an ASDA credit card a year or 2 ago, I've paid it off in full every month since.
Last month I didnt recieve my statement and it must have totally slipped my mind, I called up about 2 weeks late and i'd recieved £20 in charges!!!! Basically they said even though i hadnt recieved my statement it was my fault for not chasing up the bill and the charges will stand.
Can anyone help?? i get the feeling im fighting a losing battle!!!

Ask again and state the same and mention this is the first occasion this has happened. If they say no I would use another credit card and shut the ASDA card down and reclaim the charge using Martin's Guide to reclaiming.Hi guys, just been speaking to ASDA finance people today and wanted to speak to the experts to get some honest truthful advice.
