Hi,
Would like some advice, as I have received the list of charges, and not sure what to do next.
I know everything is on hold at the moment except for cases of financial hardship.
I'm a single parent and although I don't have any rent arrears I am finding it difficult to pay bills, buy food etc, and I'm borrowing money from family.
From reading the posts it seems that Lloyds are not helpful at all. would it be worth sending the hardship letter to them with the list of charges.
I would be grateful for any advice.
Thanks
