Orchid +0844 providers for cheap mobile calls

It looks like the cheapest providers for calling mobile phones from a bt landline are the likes of 05pence and 4cheapcalling which work out at 4p per min.
These work by calling an 0844 number and then entering the mobile number prefixed with 44 and minus the 0 before the 7 e.g. 44 7764 nnnnn
Is it possible to program a rule in the Orchid LCR to be able to
1) dial the 0844 nnnn number
2) pause
3) translate an 07xxxx number to 447xxxx
in order let a user dial the mobile no in the usual way (07xxxxx) and have orchid then route via one of the 0844 providers?
Or is the only way to have the user enter the mobile no as 447xxxx and have a 447 rule in the orchid that prefixes the number with the 0844 number?

The latter.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
