    I love Subway! Quite rare in the UK unfortunately.

    OUr local subway (my brother in law is the manager) is always packed out, he makes loads of money from it. I dont have any facts and fiugures but I would say it could work out to be a very good investment.

    Bit far for me in South London, though... there did used to be one in Sutton but it shut years ago. I think the local Chavs probably didn't understand it as it didn't sell burgers or food in bargain buckets.

    Some business people who i have spoken to thought Subway was a good franchise.Be warned,you also can loose big time if your chosen frsnchise doesn`t work.

    You need to look at all the info on the Subway website - there is a franchise section (if you haven't already done so). Also look at the British Franchise Association website for loads of tips on things to look at before entering into a franchise.

  • Great Yarmouth needs a Subway. Seriously, there's money to be made for the person who opens a Subway franchise there. The nearest Subways to Yarmouth are in Norwich and Lowestoft. Lowestoft opened about a year ago and has done very well (especially considering it's only a few doors down from McDs).
