I regularly use turkey thigh for curry - but do it in the slow cooker - it comes out lovely and tender that way ;)
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?
  • I have bought the Turkey leg/drumstick from MrTs before now but have always roasted it first before stripping it off and making a curry out of it .Usually I put it on the bottom of the oven when I am using the oven to cook something else. That way my oven is always full when I turn it on.
