unregistered user-Help

I am a buyer of an item ( last Thursday via paypal) and haven't received the item yet. I checked ebay and it would seem as of today the user is no longer registered as a seller.

Am I worrying unecessarily? I sent an email to the seller this morning and have got no response.
What should I/can I do?

What was the item? How much money is involved? It's right to be on the alert when your seller is narud.

Just short of £100 on a cat activity centre. I know it's a lot of money but feel guilty because we are trying to make our cats indoor cats after killing so many birds.
Do I have any comeback as I paid via paypal?
The person's feedback was pretty good including up to yesterday so t must be a very recent thing.

I'd guess it's item 4459272025. I can see no reason for the seller to have gone NARU; perhaps it's a temporary problem with their account.
Try phoning them to see what's going on.

Where do you see their phone number? It's been so long since I used ebay.I've only got an email as far as I can see.
The person has sold many items until very recently it would seem.

That must have been easy to find. Oh dear, I didn't realise it was so transparent ( might have guessed though). I hope posting this doesn't affect the seller if nothing untoward is happening.
I have not bought much on ebay and was looking for advice if the worst case scenario presented itself.
Anyway how can I access people's phone numbers rdwarr?

You should complete the form here is you want to get the seller's details. They'll get the same email.

Just a thought - the NARU might be because of unpaid fees.

Thanks ever so much Milliejon for the tip. You've saved me days of worry. Called the seller. Sounds very nice and genuine reason for not registered. Good news for me but not for the seller, poor thing.

Just a note, if you get eBays phone number & you are not a gold power seller or above they will put the phone down on you.
