Newbie from n.i need urgent help with bank charges..please..

HI EVERYONE JUST NEW TO THIS TODAY,,

IN SEVERE DEBT.. AND HAVE BEEN CHARGED THOUSANDS IN BANK CHARGES NOW THE TIME HAS COME WERE I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT... AS IM NOW NOT WORKING(LOST JOB 4MTHS AGO) ,SINGLE MUM AND HAVE TO PAY MONTHLY A MORTGAGE££900 CRDIT CARD £100 CAR INS £92 PHONEBILL£35 AND BANK LOAS£285 AND THT DOESNT INCLUDE FOOD ETC... PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME..
WHAT WAY DO I GO ABOUT CLAIMING THESE BANK CHARGES AS ITS SO CONFUSING ESPECIALLY WHEN IM FROM N.IRELAND AS DIFF RULES APPLY(I THINK)

TODAY I HAVE PRINTED OUT A LETTER DATA PROTECTION THING TO SEND TO BANK REQUESTING BANK CHARGES ETC...

SLIGHTLY CONFUSED ABOUT NEXT PART.. WHAT DO I DO WHEN THEY COME BACK.. ANY TEMPLATE LETTERS WOULD B VERY MUCH APPRECHIATED.. WERE DO I SEND THEM TO ETC??

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME

Firstly, CAPS LOCK OFF(cos on internet forums that is classed as shouting ).
Ok, can I ask if you have mortgage insurance for when things go wrong? and Loan insurance?
Which bank is it by the way as that could be important?

hey sorry about the caps lock on..lol
rang mortgage company up earlier have now got mortgage down to interest only at£235 p/m have mortgage ins but think its only for if i die it gets paid... as for loan insurance i have got it but still waiting on word back to see is it covers my redundancy.. should do.. hopefully..


my bank is first trust bank n.ireland..

If you have mortgage insurance then ring them and ask about it cos if you can't claim then we may be looking at misselling.
Will come back to you on the bank charges bit as well.
