I've used www.broadbandbuyer.co.uk before with excellent service, a router I wanted at the time was much cheaper than other suppliers, and they also sell high quality filters (ADSL Nation etc), not the rubbish that are bundled with routers.
• I cant see why it can help naming the router I just wanted to know if they were any good, how that can be perceived as spam

I looked at a Draytek Vigor2710 they seem to be cheapest

• Thanks

I did email them as I mentioned last week about product info as it mentioned on there web site if we have any questions ,They failed to reply on two occasions over a week ago. So I based my decision not to use them because if they cant be bothered to reply then I vote with my wallet because I cant trust them for after sales service that why I thought I use someone else I tried the usually computer outlets I go to but they dont stock that model

• Hi neverindebt,

Im sorry to hear that you did not recieve an email reply, I am a member of the BroadbandBuyer sales team and it is very unusual that you would not recieve a speedy reply.

If you would still like us to assist you with your purchase then you can email me direct marc@broadbandbuyer.co.uk or we have a dedicated sales team which you can contact on 01908 760795.
