Last question I promise (on this anyway
)
My partner doesn't drive and can't for medical reasons.
The costs involved with the car are down to me which is fine but will the OR try halving this should I put a note down on the forms ?
Thanks
Who is the legal keeper of the car & who is it reg to? If it's soley your car then car costs will be down to you.BSC 289A life lived in fear is a life not living!Proud to have dealt with my debts.0 -

Make sure your car insurance is fully comp. Get breakdown cover £10. Do you wear suits to work? Drycleaning £10. Do you pay professional fees or costs?
Play with the figures and do another one with your OH's contribution and lets check it again.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
do you receive any benefits, surely you must receive at least child benefitHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Hi,
You'll need to add that (CB) & child tax & working tax credits if you get them, though you can put it as part of the contribution.
So you can break it down into partners contribution, cb, ctc as a lump. That's what I did for mine & oh's. When it askes for benefits, put that amount then the rest as yr partners cont from her wages.
i.e total contributions - 1000
State benefits rec'd - 300
Partners cont - 700
There are seperate sections for this.BSC 289A life lived in fear is a life not living!Proud to have dealt with my debts.0 -

All our tax credits and child benefit goes to my OH's mum as she looks after the kids during the day. So I take it I need to add this to the outgoings ?
Could I not just leave it out and explain this afterwards ?
As I don't actually recieve any of this money.
ThanksBankrupt 07/10/2009
