If my F&F offer is accepted by my creditors (already been approved and passed on by my IP)
If they accept it, will I still have to pay the Supervisory fees?

Not sure what you mean, as in once the IVA has been complete will you still owe your IP fees for the years you've now by-passed?
No.
What ever lump sum it is you've now offered to your creditors and had accepted that will be considered FULL AND FINAL on your debts (funnily enough), any variations to your IPs fees will have been noted in the altered proposal put forward.Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?

Usually you will only have to pay your full and final offer, the IP will then take their fees from the full and final offer, distribute the balance of the funds to your creditors and then close your successful IVA.
It is very rare that you will ever have to pay Supervisory fees on top of the lump sum you have paid in in full and final settlement.
