Hi all
I have a financial hardship claim with Barclays. Today i called for a progress update, and the lady said i had been sent a final reponse letter out yesterday. When i asked what the letter said, or if i had been made an offer she said it didnt say.
Just wondering if she really didnt have access to this information, or if she just did not want to be the bearer of bad news
Any advice greatly appreciated.

I've no idea but check your account cos sometimes they refund into the account where the charges have been taken before you get the letter.mummy2be2threeboys wrote: »Hi all
