B&Q sales

Hi all

I've done a forum search but it's saying there's nothing containing "B&Q"

Anyway, does anyone know the general pattern for B&Q's sales? I'm thinking of painting my walls and buying some shelves to put up but obv don't want to pay full price now if they're having a sale soon.

Any ideas?

Most of the DIY sheds try to compete with each other for business during Bank Holidays.

If you've not had the house long I would be inclined to go and ask Focus for a 10% home movers discount card, and use this on the next BH.

Also, if you have an elderly relative - get them to apply for a 10% discount card and take them in on the right day.

A decorator I know employs his dad who's 64. He is entitled to a 10% discount card, and hence is dragged along on a regular basis to get materials!

I've been banned from B&Q! :mad:

Went in there the other day and a bloke in an orange apron asked me if I wanted decking so I hit him first and ended up getting chucked out!
