£30 continous overdraft cahrges with Cahoot

I got to the limist of my overdraft but have been paying my monthly amount but ever since June Cahoot has started charging me a 30 unauthrised fee because that month the interest took the amount 4 pence over the total limit, however they kept charging (apparently is an automatic set up charge) even if I am quite a way away from the max sum.
After lots of calls and 2 weeks where they kept saying that they will recredit the money because its not allowed to charge and fees created on an interest base, still have not done even more every time there is a diferent advisor nobody sems to know the other ones that i have speaking to for the last 2 weeks and when I asked to speak to the manager , he denied any agreement of recrediting the money(£90)

If anybody is familiar with this sort of stuff , please HELP.

Sorry if I made a mess of the description, in a rush ... my lunch break is coming to an end .

PS I am tired to keep wasteing my time, money so I have sent a complaint letter to the ombudsman( Saw Martin on telly the other morning)

Many thanks

Ask them for a transcript of the calls you have made in the last month or since this issue had arisen. We'll see who's telling the truth ;)
