I found the 200 extra points code but it says it has been used too many times, did any one else have this problem?

200 points code just worked for me on one 50p book purchased. Stated 200 points awarded for the purchase of any hard back book.

Showing delay on delivery now until 19th Oct, clubcard points go upto 18th Oct for November despatch - will the points go on from order date or despatch date does anybody know?

You can only use the code once on one account. You will only get 200 points regardless of how many books you order.
If you have/create more than one Tesco account then you may be able to use the code again.
