I know a bit of a crystal ball question, but what is the likelyhood that Cash ISA rates may rise in October due to the change in the allowance to get new customers?
The reason I ask is I have not yet put anything into a Cash ISA this year, so do I put money into it now or wait until October?

Small chance.
The banks are after large deposits. ISA's are relatively small.
Non ISA rates are far better than ISA rates so worth shopping round. Best are fixed rates currently.0
