  • Hi all!

We're Nov 27th, very excited! :D So far have booked venue (civil ceremony so same venue for ceremony / reception), booked registrar, bought wedding dress...! I've designed the invitations and just this week found lovely inexpensive textured plain card sets to print them onto, so will buy in bulk this weekend. I think next it'll be photographer.

If anyones interested, apparently you can order plain fruit/sponge/choc big wedding cakes from M&S and then decorate with ribbon, small flower sprays etc, saves some money for other things as it works out about £100! Thats what we're going to do for definite.

We'll be working to a bit of a budget I think, not in a 'must do the whole wedding on a shoestring' way, but don't want to spend silly lots money where its not needed if you know what I mean. I'm so excited about planning it all lol! :D xx

I thought this was a new thread, I didn't feel too bad that I hadn't dome much then I saw the post about getting a dress after xmas and clicked!!
I have sent the forms for the church and hotel, have initial plans for stag and hen, think I have picked the photographer and I'm going looking at dresses on Saturday, I think that's all I have done.

I bought my wedding ring and a bridesmaids dress at weekend and have just got a 2nd job to pay for it all :rotfl:
I get married on 27th November
