Barnsley BS to launch 3.5yr bond paying 4.70%

On 18 September Barnsley Building Society will launch a new 3 year bond issue:
3 Year ONLINE BOND: a fixed term internet operated account maturing 28.2.13 with a minimum investment of £100 paying 4.70% yearly (4.60% monthly).
No earlier access permitted. Additions permitted whilst the issue remains open.
This new bond does not feature on their website as I write.
