That is awful. My oh is now in Las Vegas, back early next week. I've been told they're going in a strip club, he knows I hate them, even my bridesmaids don't see the problem and say "it's gonna happen so don't stress about it and he's spending the rest of his life with you" My saving grace is he's with my dad and brother, but still....

Mind you, I'm more worried about the gambling!!

Well I've got over my worries from Friday...still love my dress and my mum came down for the weekend and sorted the favour fillings - dolly mixtures and a bag and hat for my mum. There's not much else to sort - yay!!

Even our table plan....I drafted it at work and amazing OH completely agrees with it except with swapping two tables round, which is totally fine with me. Quite pleased....no arguments or anything - yay!!!

Oh I also bought the card for our Order of Services so I can start printing them. I also found the hair pieces I want for the bridesmaids....funnily enough they are in hobbycraft for £6 each which is good as I need 5 of them!!!

Oh and my hairdresser has finally confirmed the price.....was getting a little anxious. She's doing 8 lots of hair (bride, 2 mums, 3 adult bms and 2 child bms) for £185. Am v pleased as all the salon prices are over £300!!!!!!

Have booked to have my hair trimmed and highlighted the Saturday before, together with my mum. I've also booked an eye brow wax!! hee hee

just have to say...... i bought the purple shoes and they arrived today!! yay, they are perfect, am so happy!

I was relieved, spoke to my oh in vegas last night and no strip clubs have been visited and over half his money is still in his bank account, which means he's coming home with money and hasn't gambled it away!!! Am v pleased.

My OH is chinese and we are having a chinese wedding as well as an english. My MIL has ordered my chinese dress from relatives in canada and apparently it should be here tomorrow as the taxes have been paid on it. Have no idea what it will look like or if it will fit me (think she's ordered small, med and large!)

OMG am totally and utterly depressed. the chinese dresses have arrived and are beautiful. i was going to take them home and try on, but was persuaded to try them upstairs in my in-law-to-be's home!!

Well I started with the large and it's too small!!! My boobs are too big - they're only 34C!!!! Also it was a little tight on the hips, which made the slits in each side a little indecent IMO.

Gutted and totally embarrassed. Think my in-laws-to-be are embarrassed too.

Seriously I'm a petite size 10/12 in normal clothes. The odd thing I've got in a size 14 because it was the last one in the shop and I liked it and could get away with it. But seriously, this was small!!!! And it was the large. I reckon maximum it was a size 10.

Just to let you know these were ordered from canada and I know chinese women tend to be smaller and less curvy..........but oh dear............

Top Tip: If you are prone to being spotty (like me) I have discovered Quinodrem 5%, since I started using it 2 months ago, not one spot since (brilliant as I used to get one blinder every other bleeding week!) and its a very MSE £4 ish, beating all other spot creams etc out of touch (including the very expensive Clarins jobby I tried) Only need a tiny bit once a day!
