With regards to the min £1000 paid in a month, does this have to be in one payment or the total amount paid in over a month?

Family member is just short of £1000 wages paid in each month, so can I transfer the extra to make them up to £1000?

With regards to bank charges with Bank Of Scotland going to £5 per day on the 6thDec 09 must be wrong as last weekend, I got caught out for 2 transactions that wouldnt normally process until the Monday actually processed on Sunday 6th for the first time ever, I have received 2 x £35 charges to go out on the 20th Dec great news for Xmas Thank you HBOS. They are so pompous and righteous on the phone too now, I out of anger I said I wished the taxpayers had let your bank sink and you were out of a job, childish I know but by god they are like the cat that got the cream and are well versed too grrr

So glad I won over £3000 from them in court, in April 07 so very glad !!!!!!!!!
