You have to join up with Nokia Music Store to be able to enter and you will receive 5 tunes for free (I have just joined and got £4.00 credited to my account). I did not have to give any credit card details or any form of payment. On completion of registration/download you will be entered into the prize draw. The download has 5 components (1,2, 4 and 5 whizz through, component 3 (microsoft d/l thing - Bill Gates you need to look into this!) takes about 40 minutes. Enter here:

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To enter the Promotion, participants must set up a Nokia Music Account at http://music.nokia.co.uk/freemusic and input a username, password, email address and (optionally) a mobile phone number and agree to the Nokia Music Terms and Conditions or send their name, address and email address details to the following address:

They will then automatically be entered into the prize draw. To claim 5 FREE tracks from the Nokia Music Store, participants must create a Nokia Music Account and install the Nokia Music Player on their PC.
Please note: All validated email addresses of recommended participants will result in the recommender being entered into the draw for a further chance of winning. To access the Site, Participants must have access to the World Wide Web (internet) provided by an ISP.

5. PRIZES
The prize is a return trip to New York City with 3 friends plus $1500 spending money and a Nokia 5800 Comes With Music device each. Each Nokia 5800 device comes with a license for unlimited access to the extensive UK Nokia Music Store catalogue for 12 months. Winners will travel by air (economy class) from Heathrow Airport to New York JFK airport. Transfers to London will not be paid for. The trip will include 3 nights on a room only basis in The Waldorf Astoria for 4 people in 2 twin rooms. Return car transfers (to The Waldorf Astoria and back to JFK airport) and travel insurance is included. There is one payment in cash of $1500. The three friends will also have to be over 18 to travel. All those traveling must own a passport and Nokia will not be responsible for paying for a passport if one is required. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. (the “Prize” for short). The winner will be chosen at random at the close of the Promotion Period. The winner will be chosen on 15th November 2009.

is this the same nokia music site that ppl over on freebie board are having problems with? If it is beware entering any cc details as a lot of them have been charged.

Think this only works with Internet Explorer - get a page not found error from my iMac on 4 different browsers. I've entered via post instead

I haven't seen the post on the freebies board. I got this in an email, and as stated in my OP, I did not enter any CC details nor did they ask for any payment. If they try in subsequent communications with me, I will tel them to go forth and multiply!

I entered in IE, because, I am old fashioned, and it has taken me about 12 years to get to grips with it. To start with FireFox now, I will be 6ft under by the time I have mastered it!

Out of 1468 views, 1 person said they were being charged. They tried to download a £7.99 album with £4.00 credit.

Apologies for bumping an old post but after I chose my user name and password it gives me a PIN but when I press submit I get "Sorry, the redemption limit for this PIN has been reached" and it won't let me go any further.

Clutter - there has been over 1200 views of this thread so I would imagine Nokia's purse strings have been cut short. I don't think there is another way to enter this comp. Sorry. If I win, I'll send you a postcard or a text message on my new phone :D:rotfl:

EDIT: There is a postal route mentioned in my OP. You could try that, but the deadline is 15/11 and the postman might not make it in time.
