Bank Charges - Court Case - Help

I am new to this so apologies if this question has already been answered.

I need some advice regaridng bank charges. I have been through the process and have a claim against Lloyds Bank that is currently stayed in the courts.

My problem is two fold.

Firstly Lloyds are still adding interest to the overdraft on my current account plus I have incurred further charges. I know that I can change the amount of my claim but this will cost me about £65 each time. Lloyds are adding about £35 interest each month, so when do I actually change the amount of the claim?

Also, is there anyway that I can ensure Lloyds settle my case instead of waiting for the stay to be lifted?

I have been in contact with lloyds and they are refusing to do anything until the main is case is finished.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
thanks

You can start a new claim for the additional charges and when you have the letter acknowledging it then don't go the court route since it would be additional expense for a case to be stayed but the letter itself means your new charges are stored until the conclusion of the OFT test case issues.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
