Nice to see you Andy, but do try to post please, you may be there in spirit as you say but sadly we don't have Derek Ocorah as an AF member yet ;)

    Or then again ............................

Now is this the real reason why Yellow Monkey doesn't want to meet us all :rotfl:

Hmm Budgie's imagination goes off on its own tangent ;)
    (It doesn't take much)

Sorry Hollie missed your post, welcome aboard sweetheart. we are all here to help eachother whether it is to give up or cut down? Many of us also want to lose weight, the two it seems go hand in hand.

This months Care Bear is the lovely Ms Honey Bear, I am sure she will add you to her list. (She has the force you know ;))

So good luck and take care.

Guys, I know I keep on about it but I'm so fed up of tidying up & finding more rodent evidence :(

    I could cry...

Hollie, happy to have you aboard - I'm just in a bad place right now. Do you have a target for the month? Post it if so, otherwise feel free to keep posting & let us all know how you're getting on

Hugs Honey (()) it is awful for you I know. YOU MUST get in touch with your landlord and make him see how distressed this is making you. Do you rent from an individual or a company?

I really do feel for you, I know when I had that bed bug experience in Scotland that I was terrified that they were in my belongings.

It is ott I know but when I came back, I had my magnifying glass examining my bed before I would get in it. (That is how frightened I was that they had followed me home). I know totally irrational but if you had seen the state of me you would understand. (I looked like I had been 12 rounds with Ricky Hatton).

My DS as you know came to visit me and he said that I had to get over it and move on. Even when we stayed at the Hilton, I still checked the bed.

(I really shouldn't have googled them in the first place)

So I do know how anxious you feel, the home you love at the moment doesn't feel safe and not like the home you know.

Please take care, and I could cry for you too.

:A Lots of love and I wish I could do more :A
    Budgie ((()))xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Ps I do hope you are ok?
