morning all. hope everyone is well today. I'm glad to hear that others are getting the munchies after giving up/cutting down on the booze. I normally dont have a sweet tooth at all but have been having a bit of cake every day and a pudding in the evening, which I didnt use to do. However, good news is that I have still lost weight overall (about half a stone) - which goes to show .... just how much I was drinking before!!! Crikey.
So, am on 23 today please GG.
