I felt seriously horrible last night so retreated to bed with one of the books of my childhood "Comet in Moominland".
.
Anyway. morning all, hope you're all chipper, and for the first time in days it's not raining as I set out to work - it is blowing a gale, though.

Back on the wagon for me and glad of it! Feel better this morning than I did yesterday after my weekend at the Yorkshire wedding.
I'm suffering quite badly with jaw pain and can hardly eat at the moment. Has anyone else ever had severe pain in the joint of their jaw?Wendy x0 -

Evening chaps - I think the audition went OK
How's HB feeling and why is YM getting a well done
Scurries off to find out
My pilates class was at the same time as the end of dd audition - so didn't make it - but my contribution to my lardloss this evening is not drinking a bottle of wine and saving 600 calories - therefore I am probably in exercise credit as pilates isnt that 'calorie hungry'
Result.
PS edit to say woo hoo YM well done on an AFD
Blooming Nora, does wine really contain that many calories??? No wonder none of my trousers fit me any more (no joke - I have two pairs that fit!).
Honeybear, look after that flu and stay warm and Cat Addict, I often have a sore jaw joint (IYSWIM) - I think I might be gritting my teeth when asleep and the muscles pull.
Well done everyone on the AF days,
None for me yesterday and none for today eitherTrying to keep in budget.

Good morning everyone
HB - Hope you are feeling better today. Have you had a look at the NHS site to see if it COULD be swine flu? Mind you, even if it is then theres not much different you can do. Keep dosing yourself up and stay snuggled up in the warm.
Fay - glad audition went well. Am sure she was fab.
Was trying to get back on the lard-loss wagon yesterday but finished the day by having a lasagne and chips:eek: Don't know whats up with me the last few days - could eat for England.
Was AF last night and will be again tonight too. My book arrived yesterday (Breaking Dawn - latest in Twilight series) so my head was stuck in that last night. Can't drink when reading otherwise I end up having to go back and read bits again!
Piglet off to nursery this afternoon - thank god. He was horrible yesterday. I think because OH was home he was showing off or something. Ended up on naughty step 5 times! He seems calmer so far this morning. Lets hope it continues.....

MOrning Miss P - hope piglet behaves today - remember when we first cut down before we are all eating quite a bit - maybe its our bodies compensating for all those wine calories? I remember being starving and needing sweet stuff (which I hate)
Gien - YUP at least that many calories
Today I will be in exercise credit again as I am not consuming wine - I also have trousers that don't fit me - and it seems even the odd day drinking (over a wek ago) does not help my weight loss.
Well that and sitting on my harris all day writing!!

Just as well he went there in the day. If you'd tried to put him there in the evening it would have been packed with your virtual friends!
Hope Piglet is good for you today, probably a bit of cabin fever because of weather (and OH of course).
Have a good day everyone.
P.S. You awake yet HB?0 -

MInd you, just cos I'm sitting up & posting doesn't mean I'm awake!
Still feel truly grotty but having had a nosy online I don't think I have enough of a temperature for this to be swine flu. Don't have a thermometer though so I could be wrong
At least the furniture rearranging escapades of yesterday have resulted in Bear Towers now being somewhat warmer
