  • HB (out of bath by the way even I wouldn't use laptop in the bath!) NOT my new one anyway! And after tonight you'll be half way to your £50 saving and your target. (WOW!)

Waves to Lurks et al..........(MSE, 2009) (I only know botanical and scientific latin!)

Just read a chapter on 'Eliminating Self pity' - which put a few things into perspective. I need to get a grip on not being 'normal' around alcohol. Just covered my lovely book in deep purple soft paper. Means I can read it without folks being too nosey at the title.

T2GU ta for the lovely grumpy icon - it made me laugh. I could do garden makeovers NOT facial ones!

  • Thanks RA, surprised how easy this book is to read and my eye seems to land at where I need to read often. Like the self pity bit.

Oh was going to ask any of you long time AF's - have any of you used a sponsor? If so/not how was it/why not?
