With these more balanced, it has taken away the desire to drink
GC this rings true with me, as an example when my neighbour came over with a couple of bottles of wine on Sunday with his girlfriend and they and dh were drinking, I felt like I had to join in otherwise I would look like a stick in the mud and make them feel awkward which is stupid when you think about it clearly!
I am really pleased I stayed af last night as it was quite tough, tonight should be much easier too, I just hope that we don't all think that it means we can hit the bottle on Thursday night as a reward for our 3 days of hard work :rotfl:
40sm Good luck for parents evening, I am similar to you regarding the school run, I promise myself every night that I won't shout and will get everyone there stress free, but it never happens .

Well done everyone taking part in the 3-day event. I like the regular updates but problems come when bells ring and we have fences to jump!
Glad you had a better school run this morning 40SM. A calm start to the day is so important for both of you. Don't dread parents evening, think up some questions, ask the experts for advice!
Enjoy your day everyone.0 -
