Incorrect Parking Charge @ ASDA - Should I respond, invoice my time, harrasing ?

Hi,
I received a "Parking Charge Notice" for allegedly breach of advertised terms and conditions within Asda Store Shipley by Town & City Parking.
They appear to have based this allegation on the fact that I am the registered owner of a car (via DVLA records) which appears on their camera images.
Now this is totally fictitious allegation, as they have no evidence or supporting information to even indicate it was myself that breached any advertised terms and conditions and also the slight fact I was over 200 miles away at the date of this allegation :rotfl:, I have flights, card payments, witnesses etc that can easily prove where I was at the time (If it went to court the costs of bringing my credible witness 200 miles, accomodation and loss of earnings at higher rate than mine (my boss) would add up) ?
If I wanted to I could probably quite easily determine who it was, but I know I have not obligation to divulge such information
.
Anyhow, having read the useful guide about Private parking invoices, I know I have 2 options, to ignore or reply stating I was not driving.
So I have a few questions:
Is this initial letter considered harassment (especially considering they have not provided any real information to connect myself to the breech and terms and conditions) ?
I want to start by simply denying this allegation, I do not want to provide any "evidence" as rightfully the onus is on them to prove the allegation (even though the template letter from this site has a section at the end to add evidence), is there a reason/need to add "evidence" ?
Can I invoice the company for my time to research and write a response, so far I have accumulated over an hour of my time and I charge £50 an hour for consultation (and have invoices to prove this is my standard rate of work). ?
I would be prepared to take them to small claims court over the invoice for my time - if it is something that is FAIR for me to do ?
Also do you think it would be fair to write a letter of complaint to ASDA about this company writing potentially harassing and definatley intimidating letters of ficticous allegations which are not supported by any evidence that can link myself to an alleged "breech of terms and conditions" ?
Cheers Nick,

The answer is "No" to most of your questions. Or, rather, "Yes, you can" but you will then waste even more of your valuable time for no possible gain.
You know to ignore them, so do that.0
