Also lots of banks are rejecting complaints in the hope that you will not take it further and go to FOS but that does not mean that of that 99% rejected by the banks 99% are rejected by FOS. In fact its the other way round and most complaints for single premium PPI's are being upheld. The banks are just not treating customers fairly when rejecting and this is where we are hoping to see BIG fines for them.0
