as for today.... eat the mackeral if you fancy it!
I don't really like tartare sauce but otherwise, it might work. I've just remembered the other reason I can't have the mackerel: the grill's broken. Oh well, horrible fish it is then.

Aaah! I've just found the maddest but most fun thing that's meant to be used to help you get fit, but is just fun! It's called a power ball, and they sell them in argos, and you use them to strengthen your arms and such.....but really you wind it up and see how fast you can make it spin, and it doesn't stop for ages! It's brilliant!

i just don't get it!? Beanie has one, and i was doing it at her house... don't see the point or the fun of it....
i know Gemmzie likes them too? i think???I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

just stick the mackerel in a dry pan, it'll heat thru.... it's already cooked anyway....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Ok, but if this doesn't work, I'm blaming you.

if it looks like it's sticking, add a bit of butter or oil.... but not much as it's an oily fish anyway... frying pan yeah? not saucepan....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Aw Maz, maybe it's cos spinny things fascinate me anyway (I did tell you I was weird) but I just get into a pattern and start spinning it like mad!** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

Well, it worked. Slightly overcooked but ok. I had it with some instant mash. Real gourmet, me!I think I might've used a frying pan more this week than I have in my entire life!
