Hey people!
I am too organized today, I have also done today:
Prepared lunch for tomorrow for work
dusted downstairs
cleaned cat bowls
sorted out cat litter tray :jNo you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
Thanks to everyone who posts competitions. You are the stars of the board :T:j:T0 -
Didn't have a NSD  - decided to buy a replacement MP3 player - went to Currys where they were marked up at £39.99, scanned at £49.99  but because the shelf edge label showed the lower price, they had to sell it to me cheaper :money:
Needless to say, I am one happy bunny  and the guy put the price ticket in the bin

Hi! Newbie here, ****waves*** lurking for sometime and have been very MSE for last few months after refinding website that I first found a few years ago and just got lazy!! Being pregnant and the realisation of going down to one salary for several months has driven me to action and I'm addicted!!!!
So today:- Ate for free at conference
- NSD
- still smiling after buying ONLY what was on my shopping list last night at Tesco's. Even better that the coupons I had saved me over £15 and got 300 extra points with coupons too. (all stuff I needed)
- packed away 2nd Xmas pressie already bought
- Found address for mobile phone recycling (freepost) for Clubcard points
- completed online survey
- PAD
:D:D this is very addictive!!
You're all very inspirational and just by lurking for a bit and reading everyones helpful hints, it's amazing how simple things can make such a difference.0 -
I wasn't sure where to post this til I read this post...You're all very inspirational and just by lurking for a bit and reading everyones helpful hints, it's amazing how simple things can make such a difference.
but I got my bank statement today & my interest charges on my overdraft (which is huge!) are a few pounds less this month :j
It's a minor thing but it does show how taking control of your spending & focusing a bit more can make such a difference
