Repair/Replace Felt Roof on Bay Window - Estimate?

Hi guys
Came home last night to find water dripping through a crack in the plaster on the ceiling of our bay window in our bedroom which was only decorated about 6 months ago.
OH rang a couple of roofers (only one turned up) and without looking at it he quoted us £275 saying he would strip it all back and replace the felt. He said he had done loads of these in the area and rather than repair would take it all off and replace.
I would guess the area is less than 2.5m long and less then 1m width.
Can anyone tell me if this is a decent quote or not? - I live near Heathrow Airport and we are on a tight schedule as the missus is ready to drop twins out next week.

my SIL has just been charged 150 here in the NW for the same job.
so your quote is about ok for LHR.Get some gorm.0 -
We just had a job like this done. Its a big bay, they took off the tiles, replaced felt and then re leaded the gulleys before replacing the tiles? Came to £500 and took 2 days. I guess if you arent having the leadwork replaced then your quote is pretty fair.0

Cheers guys
Got two other people who came over. One quoted £350 and the other hasn't come back to us yet so will chase today.
Thinking £275 might be ok then but always worth asking0
