Hiya,
I am having a hard time with Lloyds.I was made redundant 3 months ago and now temping, have 2 children- one is under 1 and has to go to full time nursery so that I can work. I am behind on morgage and bills etc so claiming hardship. I wrote to my bank two weeks ago and they have ignored the letter. I have called them today and they said that they are not looking into any cases, even hardship and cant help me. They suggested ( I have no equity) that I remorgage my flat?!!!!!! and thats all they can do to help me?

Did you include and income and expenditure form plus notices of arrears?
How did you argue the case?
Have you been hit with the majority of the charges over the last 3 months?0
