Hello, I would like to warn anyone thinking of using the above. I just had a awful experience with them.
I ordered an item with them and decided to cancel it before it was dispatched (which the website said I could, and there would be no problem), so I emailed them and also phoned them to make sure this was the case. The woman said she will check and contact me back. I received no reply from them, as the days passed, I sent another email and another, getting more and more annoyed, I decided to tell them that if I did not get a response I will write a bad review about their service. I got the following reponse:
"You have already been refunded, check your statement before you complain.!!!"
You don't want this!

Let me get this straight...
You kept emailing and emailing for a refund, but all the time the money was in your account? You then threatened them for not doing something they had already done.
Ok they didn't get back to you but still...
You actually think they did you wrong? If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

What are you complaining about exactly? you decided you didn't want the item, and they gave you your money back. If your e-mails were snotty I'm not surprised they didn't want to reply!!!0

Did you had the refund at the point you e-mailed to complain? To be honest, I would rather have money back in my account than all the polite e-mails in the world, so I can't really see the problem either!0
