Robbie Burns has some he recommends http://www.nakedtrader.co.uk/reviews.htm

I would back his recommendation of Come Into My Trading Room. It covers psychology of trading, money management and technical analysis and it's a very thought provoking read.

John J Murphy's "Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets" is an authoritative book on the subject which I'd also recommend. It depends what your interested in - there's books that focus on everything from spread betting strategies to stock picking and fundamentals analysis etc. etc.

I am also thinking of attending a NT seminar but my main concern is I'm not going to learn any more than I've done by reading the book which is a great read. I'm also put off by his bulletins on Proactive Investor which seem to nothing more than "look at me how clever I am , I've made all this money on xyz this week".

    Hi Prudryden

What book do you recommend, i have Naked trader, im going to reread it, done 2 different Rich Dad Poor Dads and have a few others in my Amazon wish list.

Try Smarter Investing (Simpler decisions for better results) by Tim Hale ISBN 0-273-70800-7 under the imprint of Financial Times Prentice Hall and distributed by Pearson Education. Should be able to get it from Pearson. Try www.pearsoned.co.uk. or www.pearson-books.com

Invesco Perpetual has great seminars around the country. See if you can get on their email list for dates/venues. May have to be a financial consultant of some sort however.

When you go to www.pearsoned.co.uk - click on Imprints at the top next to About Us. Then go to FT Prentice Hall, go to bottom of page and click on more information on books, then scroll to bottom of page - should be first on list at £19.99

    Hi

Has anyone been to one of the Naked Trader seminars. I have done the book and am interested in doing one of his seminars. So just wondering if anyone has done it. I know he has reviews on his site but would like to hear from other people.

    Thanks
