Can a small business reclaim bank charges

I have run my small business for over 10 years but now thanks to the current financial crisis I have had to take a full time job and put my business on hold. My bank has charged me monthly for "service charges" over the years (money going in and out and cheques in and out and anything else they can think of :mad: ) although my company was never in the red.
Is there any way I can claim some of these charges back from the bank?
