Traditionally I think this is the footprint of your house and not a sum of all the floors.
Using that method mine would be c.75 square meters.0 -
About 160 sq ft. excluding staircase, entrance hall and storage room which is another 50. Dunno what that is in metric. A flat, not a house, alas. 2 beds, bathroom and separate lav.0

160 sq ft --- are you really sure as that is tiny?A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build. In latter part of career specialising in commercial - mostly business sales.0 -

mine (well will hopefully be mine) is 96 square meters , google says that is 1033ft².

Two bedrooms + landing (first floor minus toilet/bathroom basically!) in mine is exactly 33 SqM ... I just paid for the flooring so it was all measured up0
