I've had a look at the energy saving trust website, and it's only recommending the pure radios, the cheapest (I'm not wanting a radio alarm type thing) is the evoke 1S which is about £85 on Amazon - a tad more than I was planning on spending.
I'm going to be using it mainly as a kitchen radio so generally running it off the mains. At the moment I turn my radio off at the socket when it's not in use - will this work for digital or will I need to reset the channels each time?
And are there any other ones cheap to run and cheaper to buy than the pure evoke that are going to last - looking for value for money rather than the cheapest possible option.
Thanks.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
