My card co has on several occasions charged more than 1 £12 in one month for, late payment, going over card limit at same time etc. is this legal or overcharging? Also my bank has charged me a fee for going overdrawn and £5 per day for every day I was overdrawn! Is this illegal?

No it is not in need of a vet but it might be unlawful and an unfair charge. My card co has on several occasions charged more than 1 £12 in one month for, late payment, going over card limit at same time etc. is this legal or overcharging? On credit cards you can reclaim for the last 6 years and bank charges since July 2001.0
