Anyone else not received their champagne from uSwitch?

I switched gas and electricity suppliers on 15th March with uSwitch but haven't received my bottle of champagne as promised. I emailed them in April but haven't had a reply.

Has anyone else? Was I supposed to fill in an form or do something extra to be eligible?

I haven't had my champagne either and I switched in March!

I just phoned them up and was told 'yes we are aware of the free champagne problem and we're sorting it out as soon as possible'... sounds like they've run out! Bit silly really as they're still running the promotion.

I should probably have been more stroppy on the phone but I'm not the best at complaining. I'll update if/when mine arrives (I'm still hopeful!)

Have just had an email from USwitch...

"With regards to your query, we are currently awaiting confirmation from your new supplier once we have that information your complementary bottle of champagne will be issued to you, please note that this usually takes 6-8 weeks after the switch has taken affect."

I live in hope! :beer:
